This beautiful Istrian stone villa has undergone extensive renovation and has been transformed into a range of stunning one bedroom and two bedroom (IS022B) apartments, offering guests a mixture of traditional style with modern amenities. Providing a relaxing retreat from everyday life, guests staying here will enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay within the Istrian Country side, yet be within a 15 minute drive away from one of Croatia’s most beautiful cities, Rovinj.

The villa consists of approximately twelve apartments. The one bedroom apartments featured here are located on either the first or second floor and consist of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with separate double bedroom and shower room. All apartments are air-conditioned and have internet access (internet access is payable locally). There is a restaurant on site within the grounds of the property offering traditional Istrian cuisine from an a la carte menu.

The apartments make an ideal base from which to explore other areas of interest in this region. Places which can be visited as day trips include the historical towns of Motovun, Porec, Vrsar, Pula, Rovinj, Hum as well as the beautiful islands of Brijuni.A day trip to Venice is also very popular with Croatian Villas guests and can be arranged from Rovinj.
