This immaculate 3 bedroom apartment is located on the waterfront on the ever popular Babin Kuk peninsula of Dubrovnik. Guests staying at the property will enjoy holidaying in a comfortable spacious Dubrovnik apartment situated a little away from the concentration of hectic activity surrounding the historic old town, yet be within easy access of all the city has to offer.
The apartment is approached from the rear where there is guest parking for one car. The entrance is accessed a few steps down from the parking area. The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area with doors leading out onto a conservatory equipped with an electric barbecue with woodland garden and sea view. To the rear of the apartment there are 3 x double bedrooms, a separate family bathroom and a separate shower room.
From the apartment a series of steps through the wood below lead down to the sea where there is a small beach for swimming or the larger Copacabana beach 10 minutes’ walk away along the coast. The apartment is within easy reach of the popular bars and restaurants located in this area such as Restaurant Orsan where boat mooring is also available. The apartment also offers easy access for boat trips which leave from Gruz harbour to the surrounding islands such as the National Park of Mljet and the Elaphiti islands. Other recommended attractions within the region include the historical town of Cavtat as well as day trips/excursions to Montenegro and Mostar.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
