These pretty one bedroom apartments, three in total, are decorated in a country/rustic style and are situated in an Istrian farmhouse in the village of Muntic, just 9km east of Pula and surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests. Guests staying here will experience the peace and quiet of rural Istria, while still being within easy reach of historical cities and beaches. Activities to enjoy while staying here include fishing, horse riding, tennis and scuba diving.
The farmhouse is arranged as two separate buildings, one belongs to the guests and the other to the extremely friendly and hospitable, yet discrete owners. The guest house is entered via a patio area with tables and chairs, leading to a lovely big farmhouse kitchen where guests can sit, take in refreshments and relax. Also on the ground floor is a typical Istrian dining room, complete with traditional fireplace and a separate cloakroom. A traditional Istrian meal can be prepared by the property on request, payment to be made locally. Stairs to the first floor lead to three colourful one bedroom apartments which consist of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, balcony, shower room and double bedroom. The property also features a wine cellar where guests can make purchases and outdoor pool area with a summer kitchen and courtyard.
Car hire is recommended. The apartments would suit couples or a small family with a young child. Areas of interest within the area include the Roman amphitheater in Pula and the Brijuni islands. A little further afield are the pretty Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan, as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar, along with a day trip to Venice these are all recommended excursions available from this region.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
