The garden cascades down to the waters edge along a stone pathway via a series of terraced flower beds. The beach is a beautiful stone pontoon equipped with swimming pool steps which provide easy access into the fabulous turquoise water. A few minutes walk away from this beach there is a pebble beach suitable for children. Boat mooring is also available at this property.
The property is made up of a main house and annexe. The main house consists of a large terrace with outdoor dining table from which you enter into a spacious lounge / dining area. Doors from the lounge lead to the bedroom areas which features a master bedroom* with en-suite shower room, a double room and a single room. All bedrooms have doors leading out onto a shared terrace. There is also a bathroom with separate toilet.

To the rear of the main house there is also a very pleasant shady summer kitchen and utility room as well as additional verandas and roof terraces available at the main house. The stone annexe is located a few metres away from the main house and consists of a large open plan lounge with a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a galleried sleeping area featuring one double bed located below a stunning vaulted wooden beamed ceiling offering sea views. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. Doors from the lounge area lead out to a sea facing terrace.
