This peaceful 3 bedroom villa with pool is a perfect choice for an authentic Croatian island holiday. Situated on a hillside above the pretty harbour town of Milna on Brac, this is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The elegantly designed villa with sea views and bright and airy rooms creates a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you step through the front door, whilst the terrace with pool provides the ideal spot to take-in your surroundings.
Your holiday villa
The villa is accessed via a gravel track road which is just a short distance off the main road in to Milna.
Entering the villa, the front door opens to a small hallway which leads through to the lounge with double sofa-bed, kitchen and dining area. At the far end of the lounge is a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool. Patio doors open from the dining area to a covered terrace and private pool area with a stone table, chairs and a built-in BBQ. A gate at the end of the garden opens to a path that takes you directly in to Milna. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower plus a separate toilet.
The first floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony offering fantastic views of Milna and twin bedroom with en-suite shower. A utility room at the top of the stairs contains a washing machine.
Explore the area
Car hire is recommended. The villa is close to the beach and offers the best of both worlds, whether you want to simply relax, explore the local area or enjoy the sprinkling of cafes and restaurants Milna has to offer or if you want to travel further afield and truly discover the island of Brac. Bol, Postira or Sumartin are easy places to drive to and outdoor activities available include fishing, diving, water skiing, hiking, gliding and parasailing.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
Please Contact Us should you wish to place an option on a property for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and/or make other arrangements.
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
