Fans of artist may want to book holiday in Croatia
25 November 2009A Croatian holiday could be ideal for art enthusiasts this month, if they plan on catching an exhibition of works by the critically-acclaimed painter Oksana Veber.
The Ples Sjena - which translates as Shadows Dance - event includes oil paintings on canvas as well as cardboard work, reports the Croatian Times.
Many of Veber's creations are female portraits, but she also has a penchant for a unique interpretation of a still life or a beautiful landscape.
Fans of the award-winning artist may want to head to the city of Zadar on Croatia's Adriatic coastline, where the exhibition is being held at the Zadar Glass Museum until December 24th, the newspaper states.
Booking a Croatian villa could be the most enjoyable way to experience all that Croatia has to offer while taking in the renowned work of a highly-talented artist.
The work of street artists is also currently on show after a group recently transformed a series of walls and buildings in Zagreb with intricate drawings.
