Lady Gaga concert could be good reason for Croatian holiday
16 December 2009Fans of pop artist Lady Gaga may be rushing to book a Croatian holiday after the Croatian Times revealed that she will perform in the Balkan country.
Travelling to Croatia to see the singer - real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - could be an attractive proposition to millions of fans across the world.
She will play a gig in Zagreb's Arena Hall on an as yet unconfirmed date in October 2010, according to the newspaper.
It is also being reported by the publication that rock artists Guns n' Roses, as well as German Tokyo Hotel, will also play in Croatia's capital next year.
Lady Gaga's recently-released single Bad Romance is currently topping the UK charts - her third number one of the year.
Music fans looking to enjoy a Croatian break a little sooner may wish to book a trip for this weekend when opera legend Jose Carreras is expected to perform at a charity concert in Zagreb.
