This delightful two bedroom stone cottage is located in Dubrovnik City and is within an easy 5 minute walk from Dubrovnik old town. The accommodation occupies a unique position from where guests can marvel at the stunning views available from the rear terrace of the sea and Fort Lovrijenac also known as the “Dubrovnik Gibraltar”.

The accommodation is approached down a narrow street ending approximately 5 metres from the property. A car parking space is available for guest use. Guests enter the cottage via 4 steps down to a sea view terrace which also features a further 50 steps located at the side of the terrace leading down to the pebble beach below. Ahead, the main entrance door to the cottage opens into an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area. Stairs located on this level lead down to the bedroom area which features two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. To the rear of the open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area is a second door leading out onto a magnificent sea view terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and Fort. The terrace also features a dining and BBQ area.

This unique and sought cottage would suit a group of friends or a family with older children looking to be within easy access of Dubrovnik city and all that it has to offer. In addition to Dubrovnik old town, other recommended attractions within the region include the historical town of Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands as well as day trips/excursions to Montenegro and Mostar.
