apartment, complete
with swimming pool (a rarity in the city) offers wonderful
views of the sea and
Dubrovnik Old Town from its large
terrace.
Entry to the
apartment is from the road and up 80 steps to the garden gate. Here there is a
private pool for sole use by the guests, a spacious
terrace area and a small garden. From the
pool terrace there is a main door into the
apartment. There is one central corridor and on either side are located a kitchen with dining room (with sliding doors that open out onto the front
terrace area together with outside table and chairs), master bedroom (with
sea view), spacious shower room with separate toilet, one double bedroom and one twin room. The caretaker lives in the upper
apartment and is very discreet and will ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
The
accommodation would suit an older
family or friends who would like to enjoy lounging by the
pool, enjoying the
view with easy access to the
beaches and entertainment on offer in
Dubrovnik Old Town (restaurants, bars, concerts, museums etc). The
apartment would not suit those experiencing walking difficulties or with young children.
