Tucked away behind a pretty walled garden and situated within a short stride of Dubrovnik’s historic city walls, this discretely elegant luxury Dubrovnik villa is a real rarity in terms of its jaw dropping location. Guests of the villa will be assured of the best of both worlds, a quiet oasis amidst the exuberant atmosphere that is Dubrovnik.
Interior designed throughout with carefully selected warm fabrics and furnishings mixed with light wood beamed ceilings and exposed stone, every attention to detail has been taken care of to ensure guests relax in glamorous comfort.
Located in an old residential part of Dubrovnik town, guests enter the villa via a cobbled stepped pathway running past the villa, through a gate and directly into a walled garden. Entry to the villa is from the garden into a comfortable lounge. To the rear of the lounge is a stylish kitchen complete with all the mod cons you would expect at such a property. A short flight of steps from the kitchen lead up to the dramatic and faintly gothic style dining area fitted with a BBQ suitable for indoor use. At one end of the lounge there is a sumptuous double bedroom with three steps up to an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second double bedroom on the opposite side of the lounge with en-suite shower room.
The first floor (in eaves) contains a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom whilst the fourth Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with roll top bath. Both of the bedrooms on the fourth floor offer views of Dubrovnik city and the sea.
In a separate building located in the garden is a mini gym which is also equipped with a Finnish sauna, 'starlit' whirlpool Jacuzzi, separate shower room and toilet.
The enchanting garden offers guests an area for outdoor dining, a wonderful pool with water feature and Jacuzzi. At the end of the garden, a lovely columned terrace offers guests picture postcard views over Dubrovnik city and the sea from their sun recliners.
