Located in Dubrovnik Region are these attractive modern one bedroom apartments, 18 in total, plus a further selection of studio apartments (DU081), 88 of these in total. The apartments are located in 4 separate 3 storey villa buildings (no lift). Guests staying here have free use of the splendid sea front pool at the 82 room hotel located approximately 50m away.

Guests enter the one bedroom apartment into a hallway which features a door leading into a room with bunk beds/twin beds with en-suite toilet and sink. A second door from the hallway leads into an open plan kitchen / diner with patio doors leading out onto a sea facing terrace. To the rear of the kitchen / diner room is a double bed and separate bathroom with bath.

In addition to the use of the pool, guests can also use other hotel facilities such as the a la carte terrace restaurant, bistro, indoor bar and beach bar, hairdresser, souvenir shop, mini market, travel centre to book local excursions, children’s playground.

Breakfast can be organized at the a la carte restaurant at an additional charge of €4-€7 per person per day. Half board option is also available of €10-€14 per person per day. The accommodation would suit a family or friends looking for a seaside location in private accommodation yet be within walking distance and have the use of nearby hotel facilities. Dubrovnik City is located approximately 20 minutes away by car. If you wish to explore the surrounding area independently, Croatian Villas can organize car hire for you. Other attractions within the region include the harbour town of Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands. A little further a field, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and well worth visiting.
