The scenery, Ancient Dubrovnik and the roads were all first rate. The airport was very efficient clean and helpful. Road signs were very good and generally the driving standard was good with one or two exceptions. The plumbing and water are the best I have seen outside the UK. The sea was always nice and clean with very little litter as were the beeches. Facilities such as fresh water showers and changing rooms at most beeches was very impressive.
The speed limits were not adhered to and some drivers took some very risky chances. The attitude of male waiting staff was the biggest disappointment they made you feel like they were doing you a favour. Generally the female waitress’s seemed much happier, friendly and gave better service. Over all Croatia would learn a lot from the level of service given for example in Greece and the Greek Islands. This does not apply to the Villa owner who went out of his way to help and whom I found to have an altogether better attitude than encountered elsewhere

Very spacious and very well equipped.
Good welcome pack (including bottle of wine). Everything was handled very well including the taxi to and from the airport.

We booked last minute and the sales people were very helpful!
(The villa was) very well stocked, had everything we needed! There were plenty of linens, dishes, blankets. The pool was clean and even the BBQ was stocked! Wonderful people to deal with! So nice! They far exceeded our expectations! I can't wait to go again!
