Accommodation Croatia: Rental and holiday sector 'lucrative'

Croatia holiday purchases and property rental look set to become even more popular ahead of the country's entry to the European Union (EU).
That is the conclusion of analysts at Amberlamb, who outlined the country's "lucrative" investment opportunities for overseas buyers.
Croatia's tourist sector was also lauded for its considerable expansion - which has continued to fuel economic growth.
"Now could very well be the right time to buy property in Croatia," confirmed a representative for the organisation.
"Getting in now, ahead of EU entry, could offer an investor the chance to buy-in ahead of price gains and rental yield expansion," added the spokesperson.
In the face of Croatia's booming development, the European Bank recently revealed plans to inject extra funding into the Adriatic hotspot.
With the money going towards projects including infrastructure improvements, the nation's desirability stands to grow even further.
Figures from the Croatian National Tourist Office indicate that that the eastern European mecca attracted 275,000 visitors from Britain alone last year.
