Cheaper to call Croatia and internet usage rising

People wanting to keep in touch or plan a holiday in Croatia will find it cheaper than ever to call with T-Mobile's new Eastern Europe pre-pay package.

The calling pass allows pre-pay customers to call family and friends in countries such as Croatia from only five pence a minute.

The service is open to all new and existing T-Mobile pre-pay customers. Calls to landlines are charged at five pence a minute and calls to mobiles are only 15p per minute.

T-Mobile Croatia has also launched a new web'n'walk stick data device for wireless internet access from desktop PCs and notebooks.

Mobile internet access will become increasingly more available after T-Mobile Croatia went into partnership with PC maker Koncar-INEM.

At the same time Croatians are using the internet more than ever before as services improve.

One in three Croatians now uses the internet, as well as around 40 per cent of Montenegrins, according to the Internet World website.
