Croatia good destination for budget holidays

Croatia has been described as a top holidaying destination by an American newspaper.
Arthur Frommer wrote in the Chicago Tribune that Croatia was among the top budget destinations for Americans to go for a holiday.
Mr Frommer wrote that in countries such as Croatia which have not adopted the euro yet, prices are "much lower for Americans than in western Europe". Cheap prices are part of the attraction for people going on holidays in Croatian villas.
In related news a major property event is currently taking place in Split. The event started on April 5th and is running for ten days.
"Those most interested in Croatian property are the English and the Irish," event spokesperson Gordan Jelavic said to the Southeast European Times.
He added that the weather in Croatia is nice in April and he has no doubt the visitors to the show will have a "great time" and enjoy themselves "while doing business".
