Croatia promoted at international exhibition

Those considering Croatia travel may be interested to know that this year's IMEX conference will feature a greater presence from organisations promoting the country.
According to TNN Worldwide, the event, which is to be held in Germany from April 22nd to 24th, is to be the biggest yet.
Croatia is among several countries to increase their presence at the event, which aims to promote the meetings and incentive travel sectors.
The event may help to boost travel to Croatia, with more than 8,300 people attending the event last year.
Last week, the 25th Holiday & Spa fair opened in Sofia, Bulgaria, featuring exhibitions from a number of countries, including Croatia.
The event aimed to focus on a variety of issues facing the tourism sector, including eco-tourism, transport organisations and golf tourism.
According to the World Tourism Organisation, Europe will still be the most popular tourism destination in 2010.
