Croatia to be promoted in Dubai

The Croatian tourist board is to attend the Arabian Travel Market exhibition in an attempt to boost the number of people who visit Croatia.
Croatia will be among the 60 countries which are represented at the event and it will be the first time a showing from the country has been at the exhibition.
Held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, the event begins on May 6th and runs until May 9th.
Among the benefits that Croatia will boast at the event is its cheap city breaks. Travellers can enjoy cheaper prices in Croatia than other more traditional places to visit such as Prague, according to industry experts.
Tim Campbell, the manager of Fregata Travel said that the cheap prices are for "hotels, eating out and the entrance fees".
Other favourites that he claimed were more expensive than a holiday in Croatia were Paris, Barcelona, Venice and Rome.
