Croatian airlines look to attract more visitors

Western Europeans are being encouraged to holiday in Croatia by airlines in the country offering flights to its cities for 111 euros.

Flights to Croatia with the cheapest price tag leave from London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris and Rome to cities and resorts in the south-eastern European country.

These destinations include the country's capital city, Zagreb, as well as coastal resort towns, such as Dubrovnik, Pula and Split.

In order to take advantage of these prices, travellers need to make their bookings for tickets no later than the end of February.

Additionally, refunds are usually not possible, itinerary changes are generally not permitted and there is a minimum Saturday night stay required in Croatia.

Founded in 1989, Croatia Airlines is based at the Zagreb International Airport. The airline is a member of the Star Alliance and the company operates a fleet of 11 airplanes

Meanwhile, Croatia airlines is also offering an array of new flights to Dusseldorf and Copenhagen.

Düsseldorf will be connected directly with Split, Dubrovnik and Zagreb while Copenhagen will be directly connected with Zagreb.
