Easier to get mortgages for property in Croatia and Montenegro

Obtaining finance for property investment in Croatia and Montenegro is about to get easier as overseas property company Homesgofast.com and mortgage broker Frontiers Financial Services (FFS) have announced they will be working together to offer finance.
FFS will be the first UK firm to offer overseas mortgages in Croatia in Montenegro and says it will facilitate loans of up to 70 per cent loan-to-value for both UK and Irish buyers on completion.
The agreement is in response to growth in the international property investment industry. Increasing numbers of UK investors are purchasing property in emerging markets.
However, these markets are often not used to foreign buyers and so FFS will provide mortgage negotiation services.
FFS is a full member of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), an independent body that regulates the international property market.
