Fashion shows kicks off Hvar tourist season

Croatia's most famous fashion designers have presented their summer collections on the island of Hvar, it has been revealed.
According to javno.com, Fashion Exchange - led by producer of Cro a Porter, Viktor Drago - has opened tourist season in Hvar.
Fashion TV, which was recently announced as an additional channel available on Croatian television, hosted an after party to which all participants and guests were invited.
Ana Djeldum, head of the PR department at Suncani Hvar, hailed the event.
She told the news provider: "We had a connection between a luxury hotel and Croatian fashion which show that Hvar is the centre of the world."
A travel guide on Canada.com recently recommended tourists may their way to Hvar.
The island boasts more sunshine than anywhere else in Croatia, has stunning views of the Adriatic and has a number of visitor sights such as a 16th century fortress and a renaissance theatre, Ann Racich said.
