Flights between Croatia and Serbia restart

Serbia and Croatia will be linked by a scheduled flight service for the first time since the early 1990s.
JAT Airways, the state airline of Serbia, will fly from Belgrade to Pula twice a week throughout the summer tourist season.
Flights from Belgrade to the northern Adriatic coast will run until August 31st and it could herald the beginning of more chartered services between the two areas.
The flights will carry up to 80 passengers in economy class and will last about 90 minutes.
According to reports from the Associated Press, half of the tickets for the planned flights to Pula have already been reserved.
The flights will be the first scheduled service since the war between the two countries ended in the early 1990s.
Croatia's tourist board claims tourists first started visiting Pula at the beginning of the 19th century.
