'Lively' interest in Croatian property

Seasoned property investors interested in emerging overseas markets like Croatia have come out in force at a major London trade exhibition, it has emerged.
According to reports, last weekend's Homebuyer and Property Investor Show attracted a slew of savvy individuals keen to avail of the burgeoning opportunities on offer across the Adriatic.
In addition to the presence of over 200 exhibitors specialising in all areas of property investment in the UK and overseas - including Arabia and Morocco as well as Croatia - there were more than 100 "information-packed" seminars available to attend.
Richard Bowser, the editor of Property Investor News, said a debate he chaired had been "frank and lively".
"The panellists had some sharply conflicting views, whilst the audience certainly added to the quality of the debate by posing some very incisive questions," he explained.
Overseas real estate expert David Stanley Redfern recently confirmed that blossoming property hotspots like Croatia offer "unbeatable" opportunities to investors.
Representatives for the firm went on to predict that the global property market as a whole will experience a 13 per cent annual increase over the next five years.
