Located directly on the beach in Seget Vranjica, near Trogir, this 4 bedroom semi-detached villa with pool is a wonderful choice for two families or a group of friends. Guests staying at this villa will benefit from direct access to the beach, close proximity to tennis courts and easy walking distance to the village centre.
The villa is set over three floors, and is comprised of two apartments let together, one single-story apartment on the ground floor and one duplex apartment spanning the first and second floors. Guests enter the duplex apartment to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room, leading to a sea view terrace with shaded dining area. One double bedroom, one triple bedroom and one single bedroom are located on the second floor, sharing a shower room. External stairs lead from the first floor terrace to the ground floor apartment, comprised of a kitchen-living area, triple bedroom and shower room. The pool and terrace area, with staircase down to the beach below the villa, is accessed from the living area of the ground floor apartment.
The villa is ideally located for exploring the local area. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance whilst a frequent scheduled boat service from Seget Vranjica village to the nearby town of Trogir operates during the summer months. Recommended day trips include discovering the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, the historic city of Split, as well as the waterfalls at Krka National Park. Excursions can be arranged through local agencies or if renting a car, visits can be organised under your own travel arrangements.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
