This well-appointed beachfront villa features stunning sea views and direct access to the beach (boat mooring can be arranged, please request prior to departure). It is well suited to a large family or group of friends looking for accommodation by the sea within easy access to Trogir.
The villa spans two floors and features warm interiors with exposed beamed ceilings throughout. It is comprised of a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and living-dining room, three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two shower rooms. A large, shaded stone terrace leads to a summer kitchen, dining table and chairs where guests can enjoy fresh fish grilled on the stone BBQ. A little further out on the garden, guests can lounge under the shade of a tree in outdoor sofas watching the sunset, or head over to the pool area featuring additional outdoor shower. The lovely pebble beach is also worth exploring and is directly accessed from the garden via a gated pathway to the side of the property.
Car hire is recommended. Okrug Gornji is a lively, traditional seaside town with a variety of shops, café-bars and restaurants for guests to visit, plus plenty of activities on offer including sailing and diving. Crossing from Ciovo Island to the mainland, guests will find Trogir Old Town, a historic UNESCO protected site well worth exploring on foot and perfect for a day trip. Further afield, Split's Diocletian Palace and the islands of Brac and Hvar are within easy reach and excursions can be arranged through local agencies.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
