This seaside villa with pool is divided into 3 apartments, let together to sleep up to 14. Ideal for a large family or group of friends who can either let the property individually or with two other villas on site (TG061 & TG063) under code TG064 to sleep up to 47. This villa benefits from its own pool and private sea view terrace area connected to the terraces of the other two villas.
The villa is accessed from the parking area to the rear, and is divided into 3 apartments, connected via internal stairs as follows:
Apartment 1:
Duplex apartment spanning the ground & first floor. Guests enter the villa from the ground floor sea-view terrace and pool area, leading to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room. The first floor is comprised of 2 double bedrooms, each with access to a shared balcony, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and separate WC.
Apartment 2:
Duplex apartment spanning the ground & first floor. Guests enter the villa from the ground floor sea-view terrace and pool area, leading to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room. The first floor is comprised of 2 double bedrooms, each with access to a shared balcony, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
Apartment 3:
Second floor. Internal stairs lead to Apartment 3. Guests enter to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room, leading to a sea-view terrace. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom are located on this level, along with 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and a separate WC. The double bedroom and one single bedroom also have access to the sea-view terrace.
The pool (sole use) and the terrace (private open-ended terrace area connected to the terraces of the 2 neighbouring villas) look out over the sea. A road located below the pool and terrace area may allow for some road noise.
Car hire is recommended at this villa for easy access to main shops and restaurants, just a few minutes' drive away. The beach is 200m away, accessed via an underpass. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Split Riviera, featuring the waterfalls of Krka National Park, medieval Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral and UNESCO protected Old Town of Trogir. Split City is within easy reach for a day trip.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
