The villa is divided into 3 apartments, connected via internal stairs as follows:
Ground floor, accessed via the sea-view terrace. Guests approach the apartment via patio doors from the pool area, leading into an open plan living-kitchen-dining room. Three double bedrooms, one shower room and one bathroom are located on the ground floor.
First floor. Guests approach the villa from the parking area (space for 5 cars) to the rear of the property. External stairs lead from the parking area to the first floor apartment. Guests enter to the open plan living-kitchen-dining room, leading to a spacious balcony with sea views. Three double bedrooms, one with access to balcony, one shower room and one bathroom are located on this level.
Second floor. Guests approach the villa from the parking area (space for 5 cars) to the rear of the property. External stairs lead from the parking area to the second floor apartments. Guests enter to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room, leading to a spacious balcony with sea views. Three double bedrooms, one with access to balcony, one shower room and one bathroom are located on this level.
The pool (sole use) and the terrace (shared for villa access by the 2 neighbouring villas) look out over the sea. A road located below the pool and terrace area may allow for some road noise.
Car hire is recommended at this villa for easy access to main shops and restaurants, just a few minutes' drive away. The beach is 200m away, accessed via an underpass. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Split Riviera, featuring the waterfalls of Krka National Park, medieval Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral and UNESCO protected Old Town of Trogir. Split City is within easy reach for a day trip.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
