Set on the Omis Riviera, this beautiful villa with pool within walking distance of Omis town is ideal for a family or group of friends. Sleeping 8-10 persons, this sea facing villa is a wonderful place for a family to relax and enjoy the scenery. The villa can be booked with the villa next door, OM015, for larger groups sleeping up to 20.
The villa is located on the first row to the sea and is set over three levels. Guests enter from the parking area upstairs to the ground floor, with open-plan living-kitchen-dining area leading to two separate sea view terraces. A shaded dining terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a second terrace leads to the pool with sea views. A separate WC is located off the ground floor living area. The first floor has 4 double bedrooms, each with access to a shared balcony or terrace with lounge furniture. Each bedroom benefits from en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. A living area with double sofa bed is located on the lower ground floor, as well as a mini gym, sauna and separate shower room. There may be some ambient road noise from the road located 150m behind the villa.
Omis is a beautiful port town nestled at the mouth of the dramatic Cetina gorge, and with views over the stunning Adriatic sea. This historic town has kept its authentic traditions including its colourful markets and summer festivals including the pirate festival in August. Guests staying in Omis can try river rafting on River Cetina, or take a boat trip from the town centre to one of the islands. The nearest beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, and car hire is only recommended for exploring further afield.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
