02

Look to travel to Croatia outside the months of July and August.

Whilst we appreciate school holidays mean families can only travel during the summer months of July and August, if you can travel outside these months such as in April, May, June, September and October, you’ll be able to enjoy fantastic rates! Including properties from our Premium Villas Collection, with prices as much as 75% lower than in July and August.

03

Book Early

With some of our most popular villas booked up to two years in advance, if your holiday dates are fixed we strongly recommend booking early to get the villa/apartment you want at the best possible rate. You can take advantage of early booking discounts on selected properties.

04

Use the entire villa capacity to get the best value for money.

At first glance some of our villas may seem expensive. Don’t be put off! Prices displayed are for the villa per night and not per person. Our average large villas sleep between 10-16 persons and our largest property sleeps up to 38 people. When the cost of the villa is split over the number of people who can sleep at the property, the price often works out to be terrific value for money – great for large families or a group of friends.
If you’re celebrating something special, a villa and the stunning turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea can provide the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable occasion. Our Croatia Specialists are at hand to help find the right villa for you party size, whatever your requirements.

05

Choose flight options to match your budget and group size.

Low cost flights: As Croatia is within 2 ½ hours flying time from the UK and Scandinavia and even less from other European Countries, take advantage of booking a low cost flight to Croatia. With the money saved consider spending it on the villa you had your eye on.

Whatever your global departure point, for the latest information on the best flight deals to Croatia use our Croatia Skyscanner.
Private Jet: For the most discerning traveller, or perhaps if you are travelling in a large group consider chartering a private aircraft which can work out surprisingly cost effective. If you have booked accommodation on an island e.g. Hvar or Brac you can fly direct to their respective island airports allowing you to save time by arrivingser to your villa rather than arriving at one of the mainland international airports. Private aircraft charter to Croatia offers ultimate flexibility with travel schedules.

Car Hire Advice

While many villas are located in very central locations within walking distance from amenities and transports, we strongly recommend renting a car for most of our villas and apartments. What seems expensive initially, actually works out to be a cheaper and more flexible option in the long term as you save money on airport shuttles/transfers and continuous use of taxis and buses during your stay and will give you the option to explore the area at large.
As a Croatia specialist, we have formed excellent relationships with a wide variety of car hire providers throughout Croatia. As such, we can offer our clients a wide choice of vehicles, a great selection of pick up locations and the very best value for money. It’s important to book your car hire early, as you may find your chosen vehicle is sold out.

07

Eating Out.

While restaurants in Croatia are not too expensive, if you don’t want to have a full blown restaurant style meal when you get hungry, stop at one of the plentiful ‘Pekarnas’ and grab yourself an inexpensive slice of burek, a pie made from filo pastry with a delicious cheese filling (meat and apple filled versions can also sometimes be found). Pick up a beer at the same time and find a quiet spot on the beach to relax and enjoy your al fresco meal…
pure bliss!
Alternatively, many Croatian supermarkets will make up an inexpensive sandwich for you at their deli counter. Just ask them.
