3 Bedroom stone villa in Cavtat with old town and sea views

Situated in an elevated position in Cavtat old town and offering wonder harbour views, this pretty stone villa is located within easy walking distance of Cavtat’s cafes, restaurants and beaches. The accommodation would suit a family or group of adults.

The villa is approached via an uphill cobbled pathway, through a walled entrance leading into a lower patio area. A small flight of stairs leads from this patio area up to a split level terrace area where the main entrance door to the house is located. Guest enter directly into a striking open plan lounge/diner with a compact kitchen located on one side, accessed via an alcove entrance. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor which features one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a separate shower room. Bedrooms are located in the eaves.

From the lounge, stairs also lead down to the lower ground floor which contains a double bedroom, a family bathroom, a utility room and a study/small lounge. A door from this room leads out onto the patio entrance terrace.

The terrace area, where guests can enjoy wonderful scenic views of the harbour, features an outdoor summer kitchen and electric BBQ area with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.

The villa would suit guests looking to stay within walking distance of local restaurants and beaches. It would not suit those experiencing walking difficulties. There is an internet cafe two minutes walk away and an hourly boat service operates to Dubrovnik from Cavtat from April till October. The boat arrives directly into Dubrovnik old town and the journey time is approx. 30-40 minutes. Last boat back is around midnight although this may be subject to change towards the earlier and latter parts of the season. Please check locally.
