Spectacular villa with pool near Dubrovnik
This spectacular
villa is located near to
Dubrovnik. Built into a cliff and perched above the sea, the
accommodation offers far reaching views of Zaton Veliki and Zaton Mali islands as well as the
Elaphite isles. This unique
villa offers guests a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The
accommodation is entered from a small parking area and down a steep flight of steps (around 90) into the main house. The ground floor consists of a large terrace with an extensive BBQ and outside dining area. There is also a kitchen/diner and lounge. The first floor contains two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom. There is a further twin room and separate shower room. The second floor consists of a lounge with small kitchenette and a separate double bedroom with a bathroom.
Stairs from the BBQ terrace lead straight down through an award winning garden and to the
pool area. There is direct access to the sea via a number of steps down from the pool to the waters edge. Entry into the sea is via
swimming pool steps. The villa would suit a large family or two families travelling together or a group. Due to the position of the villa, we would not recommend this
accommodation to those with very young children or those with walking difficulties in view of the steps access to and from the villa.
