villa is approached down a single track road to the bay where the
villa is located. Parking is available to the side of the
villa. Guests enter the
villa through a stone doorway into a spacious courtyard complete with out door seating, recliners and a covered outdoor fully equipped kitchen. There is also a toilet and shower room located to the rear of the courtyard. Another door from the courtyard opens up into a stunning lounge / entertainment room / chill out room complete with wide screen TV and table tennis. Doors at the other end of this room open out onto a sun terrace leading directly onto the
beach.
Outside stairs from the courtyard lead up to the main entrance and into a hallway. On this floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a utility room, a further double bedroom with kitchenette and separate shower room. Doors from this latter double bedroom lead out onto a spacious stone loggia area with sea views and a fabulous outdoor dining table. Stairs from the hallway to the second floor take guests to the rest of the sleeping areas. This floor features a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second pull out single bed and a studio room with double bed plus a sofa bed for one person. There is also a separate shower room on this level. The property is offered with a local chef from an established hotel at your disposal who can prepare a variety of Mediterranean style dishes from the region. A selection of sailing boats with skipper and fuel can be arranged locally for daylong trips around the nearby islands.
