Located in the small fishing village of Stanici, 5km south of Omis, this impressive modern villa offers wonderful views of Brac island. The villa is approached from the main road up a short steep track* to the main parking area at the rear of the property.

The villa is divided into three storeys connected by an internal spiral staircase. Each storey has a generous sea facing balcony and an external entrance to the pool area. The top floor consists of a comfortable lounge, an open plan kitchen/dining area and two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Each room offers individual access to the balcony. The upper ground floor incorporates the main kitchen/dining area with breakfast bar and two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The lower ground floor comprises of one double bedroom with a bathroom across the hallway and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that can either be accessed via the first bedroom or externally via the balcony.
