This pretty six bedroomed semi-detached Istrian stone house is situated near the town of Zminj in the village of Blagari. The villa is decorated in a country style with an abundance of exposed stone walls and comfortable furniture and the traditional style used for its construction gives it a very special atmosphere. Guests staying at this property will appreciate the lovely country setting and peaceful surroundings. Stepping outside the house are lawned gardens and a pool, ideal for a cool dip in the warm Istrian afternoons. A shaded dining terrace affords great views over the pool and garden and offers an ideal spot for relaxed al fresco dining.
Entry to the villa is through the main entrance where visitors can park up to four cars in the drive beside the property. Guests enter the main house into a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace. There is also a shower room, utility room and separate WC on this level. The first floor features a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with en suite bathrooms, the second floor contains two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa would suit families or a group of friends looking to stay somewhere peaceful and yet be within easy reach of the towns and famous attractions of Istria such as the walled town of Svetvincenat, renowned for its beautiful stone architecture, church and Mediterranean town square. Other areas of interest within the area include the medieval hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region.
