The villa is approached via a country road and is accessed via a short flight of stairs through a porched entrance opening mid floor. This floor features a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom with balcony offering pool and country views plus an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The upper floor consists of one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom whilst the lower floor features a spacious open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area and a separate toilet/cloakroom and Konoba/wine room to the rear. Doors from the lounge lead out onto a fabulous terrace with BBQ/summer kitchen and pool area with stunning views over the Mirna valley and Motovun in the distance.

 

There is a wide variety of fascinating places to visit within the area such as the local

Vineyards, the hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the not to be missed local cuisine served in the local restaurants and cafes. The most famous of these eateries is the nearby “Restaurant Zigante”, a world renowned truffle restaurant. Other areas of interest in Istria such as Pula and Rovinj are within easy driving distance of this property and so day excursions by car are also possible.
