This attractive well-presented villa is located above the picturesque harbour of Trget on the Labin Peninsula, Rabac region, Eastern Istria. With its stunning sea and country views and a good selection of restaurants on offer, including the popular seafood restaurant ‘Martin Pescador’, the villa offers guests the opportunity to relax in a lovely peaceful setting.

The villa is approached from a country road into a driveway where steps lead up to a teak wood decked pool/garden/patio area. On a raised area above the pool is a shaded outdoor dining area with BBQ nearby.

The main entrance to the house is located near the outdoor dining area. Guests enter directly into an open plan country style kitchen / dining area. There is also a utility room, shower room and 2^nd exit to the terrace located off the kitchen. Opposite the kitchen is a comfortable lounge with traditional fireplace. The first floor features a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and sea view, a twin bedroom, a separate family bathroom and a further double bedroom with four poster bed.

Car hire is recommended if staying at this villa. The nearby hill top town of Labin and the seaside town of Rabac are worth a visit. Other areas of interest nearby include the historical town of Pula with its immense Roman amphitheatre, the Brijuni islands as well as other parts of Istria/Kvarner region all manageable as easy day trips from the villa.
