This beautifully restored stone villa is situated in the Vinodol Mountains and lies within easy access of the beaches dotted along the coast of Kvarner region. Retaining its original rustic charm and with a woodland area towards the rear, the setting is dramatic as well as idyllic. The villa provides ideal accommodation for a family, or two families/friends travelling together

 

The property is approached down a country lane where guest parking is situated in front of a courtyard entrance. The villa consists of two parts, a main house and annexe.  Stairs from the courtyard lead up to the first floor where guests enter into main part of the property via a terrace opening into an open-plan kitchen/ lounge/ diner, two double bedrooms and a separate shower room. The studio apartment is accessed from the ground floor courtyard entrance (the two parts to the villa are not connected internally) and consists of an open-plan kitchen /diner / lounge with sofa bed and a double bed occupying one end of the lounge. There is a separate shower room. The pool and terrace area are located to the side of the villa.

 

The nearest beaches are at Crikvenica which is around 5 km away. Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Other areas of interest within the region include the island of Krk, and the mountainous region of Gorski Kotor. Excursions and day trips can be arranged from Crikvenica such as visits to the Plitvice Lakes, Brijuni islands, Rab island, Venice and the Postojna Caves in Slovenia.
