This pretty stone villa with pool is set within spacious grounds in the tranquility of the Istrian countryside at the edge of Rebici village. The property would suit families or a group of friends looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in rural surroundings.

The property is approached from a quiet country lane where guest parking is located to the rear of the property. A paved pathway leads up to a covered terrace from where the villa is entered into a country style kitchen/diner/lounge area with double doors leading out onto the front garden. There is also a double bedroom and a separate shower room on this level. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor which features two double bedrooms, a study room with a sofa bed, and a separate family bathroom. A large walled garden contains a swimming pool; children’s play area, BBQ and outdoor covered eating area.

Areas of interest within the area include the Roman amphitheatre in Pula, the Brijuni islands well as the seaside towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar. Further afield the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions from this region. Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa.
