This attractive stone villa occupies an elevated position within easy walking distance of the beaches of Lumbarda, Korcula Island. This interior designed villa offers guests a comfortable sea facing retreat with fine views of the islands and mainland opposite.
The villa is approached down a country lane with parking to the rear of the property. Guests enter from the car parking area directly into an open plan L-shaped kitchen / diner / lounge area. There is also a separate shower room to the rear of the open plan area. French doors from the lounge lead out onto a pretty sea facing terrace with dining area, BBQ and summer kitchen and a very comfortable outdoor lounge seating area. To the side of the villa sits the swimming pool.
The first floor features a double bedroom with sea view terrace, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with ornamental terrace offering sea views. The spacious second floor (eaves) is offered as the master bedroom* with separate lounge area and en-suite shower room. Two single beds are also available in the master bedroom suitable for 2 children.
Korcula Island is undoubtedly one of Croatia’s greenest islands and places of interest to visit include Korcula old city as well as other pretty small towns such as Brno and Vela Luka. Day trips to Dubrovnik and the National Park at Mljet Island are also possible. Accommodation makes an ideal two-centre combination with a stay in Split or Dubrovnik region.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
