This attractive Brac island villa with pool is situated in an elevated position in the village of Mirca and offers striking views of the sea and the Dalmatian mainland. With its tastefully decorated interior, well-tended garden and relaxing pool area, guests will be able to enjoy a chill out holiday on one of Croatia’s most popular islands.

The villa is approached from a country road leading up to Mirca old village. Guests enter into a gated shaded parking area located in front of the villa. The property is offered as 2 separate apartments. The ground floor apartment consists of three double bedrooms, a separate shower room and an open plan kitchen / diner with doors leading out onto a sea facing terrace. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase and features two double bedrooms, a shower room, an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area and a terrace offering splendid views of the sea and mainland.

On one side of the villa is a large shaded BBQ and outdoor eating area, ideal for summer entertaining. Steps to the rear of the villa lead up to the peaceful pool area.

The nearby town of Supetar with its cafes and bars is within 15 minutes drive of the villa. Car hire is recommended as Brac island has so much to offer in the way of sightseeing. Sites of interest include Vidova Gora, the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), the towns of Milna, Postira, Sutivan and Bol with the famous Bol Golden Cape beach. Also worth visiting is the sandy beach of Lovrecina Bay near Splitska. Excursions to other islands and to the mainland are also all possibilities from Brac.
