This great value waterfront villa is located in the quaint fishing village of Postira. Built from Brac stone, the property offers views of the harbour and easy access to the beach, and provides guests with spacious and comfortable accommodation in a traditional setting. The various cafes, bars and restaurants of Postira, as well as a local farmer's market and town amenities, are all within walking distance of the villa. Fresh fish can be bought from the local fishermen at the quay or from the fish market.
The villa is laid out over three floors. Entrance to the villa is via an external stone staircase. Guests enter the villa on the first floor, with two double bedrooms, a separate shower room and the main kitchen with doors leading out onto a large dining terrace. Steps lead down from the terrace into a walled garden filled with citrus trees which offers an ideal playing area for children. From here, guests have access to a bathroom with WC and second washing machine, large konoba style living-dining area with its traditional stone BBQ and summer kitchen. Internal stairs to the second floor lead to a living area, and through to a large king-size bedroom, and one twin bedroom.
Car hire is recommended at this villa, although Postira town is within easy walking distance. The villa would make an ideal base for a large family or two families travelling together or a group of friends who prefer to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
