Three bedroom seaside villa in pretty coastal village of Kanice, near Primosten

This delightful three bedroom villa is located on the sea front in the pretty coastal village of Kanice near Rogoznica. This lovely setting would appeal to a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings. A few steps lead down from the house to the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. Boat mooring is possible in front of the villa.

The villa is set amongst spacious terraces, furnished with an inviting lounge area, a dining area and a BBQ. Off-road parking for 2 cars is located at the rear of the property, from where the front door of the villa invites guests through to an entrance hall on the ground floor. The entrance hall provides access to a shower room and a bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with french doors opening onto the sea-front terrace. The first floor is comprised of a bathroom, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds for two people. Each bedroom has a balcony with sea view.

The village of Kanice is approximately 35 minutes away from Split airport. Car hire is recommended as the villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the region. Such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the UNESCO protected town of Trogir as well as the historic city of Split are all located within 30 – 60 minutes drive of the villa.
