The grounds
The villa itself is set in a secluded national park, surrounded by natural beauty. Mature gardens surround the villa; while away an afternoon sitting in the shade of the palm trees and taking in scent and colour of the Mediterranean plants leading to the sea. The waterfront offers your own pier for boat mooring and a quiet beach away from the crowds of Hvar Town. Terraces with outdoor lounge furniture line the waterfront along with an inviting pool and an upper terrace with dining furniture and BBQ showcases astounding sea views.
Your holiday villa
The white Brac stone villa is nestled in a tranquil bay, accessed via an automatic gate from the national park. Set over three floors, the main house comprises five double bedrooms, each with individually controlled air conditioning, plus a fully equipped kitchen and indoor living-dining room. Four separate shower rooms are also at guests' disposal. A large balcony is accessed from two bedrooms, with stunning views over the water. The connection between all the floors of the main house is via an outside staircase.
There is a separate apartment at waterfront level with one double bedroom, a shower room and living-kitchen-dining room is available for two additional guests.

Famous for its renowned waterfront restaurants and buzzing nightlife, it is within easy reach of the villa. Payable locally in advance in cash, a water taxi can be at the villa within 15 minutes for transportation to the city centre or drop off to a club/restaurant. The magnificent national park is on your doorstep, perfect for a peaceful day exploring the area. The peaceful yet central location provides the perfect base to explore the lavender scented island, from the charming fishing villages and hidden beaches to the vibrant coastal towns.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

Chef Service
Chef service is available at this villa, specialising in European, Croatian and traditional Dalmatian cuisine. Please request at time of booking.
Price for chef service for 10 persons, either lunch or dinner, plus cleaning = EUR 200 plus groceries, payable locally.
The chef can also prepare breakfast. The price for breakfast plus cleaning = EUR 10 per person plus groceries, payable locally.
Groceries
A menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner is agreed with the chef in advance. Guests can then get the groceries required themselves, or the chef can do this. The charge for grocery collection is EUR 40 per trip, payable locally.
Concierge Service
Concierge service is available at this villa. The concierge service includes daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, change of linen every 3 days, change of towels every 2 days. The concierge can also arrange beach equipment on request.
