Villa Mendes is a contemporary villa nestled in between vineyards, pine forest and the sea.Spend this summer on the seafront at this 5-bedroom beach house on Hvar Island with pool and direct access to the sea. This villa retreat is in a beautiful location right on the coast of Hvar Island, within easy reach of Jelsa by car. Families or groups of friends will enjoy the stunning sea and Brac Island views, relaxing in natural surroundings away from the crowds of Hvar Town yet remaining within reach for a day trip.
The villa is made up of two properties let together, both set over two floors. Guests enter the main villa on the first floor from a parking area to an open plan living room-kitchen with dining table. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room, and a bunk bedroom partially separated from the hallway, served by a separate shower room. This bunk bedroom is also accessed from the sea view terrace. From here, guests access the annexe building, with two separate studio apartments. Each apartment has a living-kitchen-dining room, one double bed and a separate shower room. One apartment also has a sofa bed for an additional 2 persons. From the ground floor terrace, guests from the main villa and annexe have external stairs to a sea view terrace and pool area.
Car hire is recommended for this beachfront villa. The nearest village, Zastrazisce, is 3km away for local shops and a restaurant. Jelsa is a relaxed seaside town with a range of shops and restaurants and within easy driving distance for the day. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
