Set along Istria’s eastern coast is this deluxe five bedroom villa with pool offering a range of additional extras which would suit a wide variety of holiday styles. The villa consists of three floors and a spacious outdoor area. Guests enter the property from a country lane into a parking area with front garden. The main door opens into a spacious ground floor hallway featuring a pool table along with other games equipment and a breakfast bar-style table with mini-fridge. Also on this floor are 2 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a separate toilet, utilities room and a well-equipped spa area with country views featuring a Finish sauna, Jacuzzi, indoor shower and indoor loungers. Patio doors from the spa area open onto the outdoor terrace and garden where guests can enjoy a pool with children’s side pool and a raised sun deck along with a children's playground to the rear. From the pool area guests can access an indoor gym and summer kitchen, BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. The first floor features an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with patio doors opening out onto an extensive terrace with large dining table and lounge space offering countryside and distant sea views. The bedroom wing also on this floor consists of a single bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double bedroom with rear view facing terrace and a separate shower room. The second floor (eaves) contains the master bedroom with sea facing terrace and separate shower room.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The hilltop town of Labin can be reached by car within 15 minutes, where guests can enjoy a selection of bars and restaurants such as the popular Velo Kafe serving traditional Istrian food. The coastal town of Rabac is a 25 minute drive away and also offers both restaurants and bars and a number of pebble beaches. For water sport enthusiasts Autocamp Tunarica is within easy reach.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
