This large, airy 5 bedroom villa is located in the seaside village of Liznjan, in an enviable position just 800m from the nearest Istrian beaches. With its vast terrace and pool area, and plenty of interior space, this villa is a wonderful choice for larger groups or families to explore the beauty of Istria while still being within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants.
Guests enter the villa from the ground floor parking area. The entrance leads to a spacious open-plan living-kitchen-dining room, and a separate shower room. A double sweeping staircase leads up to a central landing with pool table. Four double bedrooms and one single bedroom are accessed from the landing, each with doors to a large shared balcony, with sea views and views over the terrace and pool area. Two shower rooms are accessed from the landing, one to the left and one to the right.
From the living-kitchen-dining room on the ground floor, guests exit to spacious grounds, with terraces and large pool area. Ten steps lead down to the pool, surrounded by terrace with sun loungers. The terrace itself is surrounded by trees and grass. From the living-kitchen-dining room, guests can also access an external lounge terrace (5 steps up), with outdoor lounge furniture and stone BBQ. To the rear of the property, guests have access to a garden area with boules court.
Car hire is recommended, although the nearest restaurant and beach are both within walking distance. The nearest restaurant, Konoba Galiola, is just a few minutes on foot from the villa. Recommended areas of interest int the region include the historic city of Pula with it's many well preserved Roman structures, the most notable being the immense amphitheatre knows as Pula Arena. Day trips to the Brijuni Islands or Venice are also a possibility.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
