Guests enter the property from the parking area, with stairs to a large, well equipped open plan living-kitchen-dining room and separate utility room, all located on the first floor. The living room comes equipped with a double sofa bed which enables the villa to comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Glass doors lead out on to the pool and terrace, furnished with parasols, dining table and chairs and BBQ area. Sun loungers are perfectly positioned for guests to take in the beautiful views of Zaton Bay.
Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor; each have access to a shared terrace. A separate studio apartment with double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom is also available for guests. A parking garage is located on site.
Car hire is recommended. Zaton Bay is a picturesque location perfect for families to relax and unwind by the sea whilst still offering easy access to amenities. A 15 minute walk will take you to the village of Zaton Mali, with shops and a range of restaurants serving local cuisine. Dubrovnik city, just 15 minutes by car, is well worth a day trip to discover the beautiful Old Town and famous film locations.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
