For the ultimate in getting away from it all, look no further than this seaside cottage located on the outskirts of Sevid, a pretty coastal location fringed by sparking turquoise waters. Guests staying at the property will experience peace and quiet and a whole stretch of beach pretty much all to themselves.
The property is approached along a country road with parking located to the rear. The cottage is offered as 2 separate apartments, a lower apartment and an upper apartment. Access to both apartments is via a side entrance with external stairs linking the two. The upper apartment consists of an open plan kitchen / diner /lounge with doors opening onto a sea-facing terrace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. The lower apartment features a kitchen, lounge, twin bedroom and a shower room. A gentle path with low stairs leads down through the extensive garden to the beach directly in front of the villa.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. This region of Northern Dalmatia offers guests much by way of visitor attractions and activities. Popular areas to visit as day trips are: Krka National Park with its spectacular waterfalls, the UNESCO protected towns of Trogir and Split and the pretty peninsula of Primosten, with its’ old town jutting out into the sea. Activities include excursions to the many islands located in this region such as Brac Island, Mali and Veli Drvenik as well as a variety of water sports and cultural activities that are on offer locally.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

Everything was perfect. Found the best place. The villa is amazing; it is the place where you can really relax. Both the owner and the agent were very helpful to us.

This is a truly delightful villa. The location is excellent as it is right by the sea and the villa is very well provided for. The kitchen in particular has an unusually complete set of implements that make self-catering a pleasure. The freshwater shower that has been placed beside the path up from the sea is a very thoughtful addition that takes away all that sticky salt-water feeling that a quick dip in the sea usually leaves you with.
It would have been helpful if Croatian Villas had passed on to us the map (already provided by the owner) of the road to the house. This doesn't show up on our car's GPS as it is a private road, so a map would have been helpful. Although a four-wheel drive is not necessary for this road, it would be helpful to warn guests that getting a car with decent road clearance is a good idea.
I generally found the company helpful and efficient. Emails were answered promptly and helpfully.
Impressed with: The amazing landscape and the very friendly and helpful people that we met.
Not impressed with: Unexpectedly having to pay extra on the car hire for an unavoidable passage through border control on the road from Dubrovnik to Split.
Recommend: Our best recommendation food-wise is to try the local lamb (recommended by the owner). Ask the butcher at the supermarket in Marina to make chops out of a leg of lamb. The herbs for the marinade are in the garden! Our favourite activity was rafting on the Cetina. Diocletian's Palace in Split and Krka national park are also great as day trips.
Favourite villa moment: Early morning swims in the sea! The ladder on the concrete pier at the bottom of the garden turns the bay into a vast swimming pool of clear blue water.

The property was beautifully situated and a very relaxing place to be. The owner of the property was really lovely and very helpful. The actual road to get to the villa was quite poor.
Impressed with: The people were friendly and the coastline is spectacular.
Recommend: Lots of good restaurants in all the villages there was a really nice one in Vinisce with lovely staff. Lots to choose from in Rogoznica.
Favourite villa moment: When we arrived it was dark so when we woke up next morning the view was wonderful.
