This modern 4 bedroom villa with pool is situated in the seaside village of Stikovica, and offers far reaching views of nearby of Zaton bay and the Adriatic Sea. The villa is only a short drive to Dubrovnik city and would suit a family or friends looking for a a relaxing holiday close to both the sea and one of Croatia’s historic cities.
The villa is approached from the main road and guests can park at the villa at one of the 2 available parking spaces belonging to the villa. The villa is set out across four levels. On the ground floor there is an open plan living / dining room/ kitchen with doors leading out onto a lawned garden which also features an outdoor covered dining area with BBQ. A gym is also located on this floor. On the next (first) floor up there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room with doors opening onto a patio with mountain views which joins a larger patio/sun deck where the pool is located. On the second floor there are 2 further double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms and sea facing balconies. The 4th (top) floor contains the 4th double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and spacious balcony with partial sea views overlooking the pool. A Finish sauna is also located on this level.The local pebble beach can be accessed via a 90 stepped pathway 100m downhill where guests can also find a local konoba (similar to a taverna) usually open during the summer.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the area. Dubrovnik City is within easy reach of the villa and is well worth a visit to see the historic city centre, cliff-side bars, art galleries and exhibitions as well as a walk around the city walls. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
