This pretty villa sits in an idyllic setting in the village of Nerezisca on Brac Island. The village is perfect for guests looking to relax in a quiet Dalmatian island village made up of narrow streets and village squares whilst being within easy access of beaches and other towns located on this part of Brac Island.
The villa is approached along a country road where guests enter into a private driveway. From here guests can enter the villa into a welcoming, spacious beamed lounge with exposed stone walls and fireplace. To one side of the lounge, through an open entrance, is a country kitchen. There is also a separate shower room on this level. The first floor (eaves) features a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room. The garden setting is undoubtedly the main attraction where guests will find a pool surrounded by country scenes as well as a covered dining and BBQ area. As a bonus, the villa also comes with a private chapel which can be used by guests.
Car hire is recommended when staying at the villa to visit the beaches and harbour towns located within easy driving distance. A number of Konobas (similar to tavernas) are located in and near the village serving authentic Dalmatian cuisine such as Peka (meat cooked under a bell in a wood fired oven), local organic wines and Rakijas (strong homemade spirits).

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
