Located in the pretty little town of Cavtat, which is 18km from Dubrovnik, this modernized 5 bedroom villa with pool is aimed at guests who want to stay in this popular area on the coast in a historic villa.
As is typical to Cavtat, the villa is situated in the old town and approached along a narrow alley way with steps leading upwards to the villa's grounds. On the ground floor of the villa is the kitchen/diner, indoor pool and a separate toilet. Doors from the kitchen/diner open to a terrace with table and chairs, BBQ and natural shade. The first floor offers a lounge with doors leading to a terrace area. Off the hallway is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus 2 bathrooms. The top floor consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a bath actually in the bedroom itself. Downstairs, the basement has a wine cellar filled with an impressive collection of Croatian wines (these wines can be purchased). The indoor pool is a luxury as the majority of villas in the old town do not have pools due to a lack of space.
Cavtat is a historic and pretty town on the edge of the Adriatic sea. The main street runs along the shore and lined with trees and flowers. During the high season this street becomes completely pedestrianised. Ice cream stalls, cafes and restaurants provide a choice for dining and all offer al fresco. An hourly boat service operates between Cavtat and Dubrovnik in the months of April to October. The boat arrives directly into Dubrovnik old town and the journey time is approximately 35 minutes, with the last boat arriving back at around midnight.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
